hey guys first i want to say thanks for the help on getting my truck going and now i have a ? for ya about my dads he has a 02 powerstroke 7.3 he has the bully dog power pup with outlook monitor on it now his ? is can he run dp tunes on it and still use his outlook? and will it work with adjusting it on the power pup or would he still have to put the swith from dp on it? thanks guys

 

Is the power pup thing for gauges or is it a tuner as well? The DP tuner will attach to the PCM and it will need it's own switch. I'm assuming the power pup thing plugs into the OBDII port and that will still be functional but not for power. The DP tuner will override any other power adder that you attempt to use. If you are using the power pup for gauges, then it will still work in conjunction with the DP tuner...

assuming you don't have HIDs......

You can run the outlook for gauges only. The chip will overide anything the bullydog puts on the PCM.

You will need to run the DP switch.
