Default fuel mods

ok i have 250/200 hybrids from Full Force Diesel for injectors,

i have the first gen. air dog 150 for my pump, what else can i do to make sure these injectors get plenty of fuel?

i have looked at the raptor high pressure pump, and the fuelab pump, or would it be better to just fork over another 700 bucks for the second gen air dog?

also on RiffRaff Diesel's fuel crossover is it worth it? what do you gain out of doing so?

and would a regulated return and fuel bowl delete benefit me? if so what would the benefits be?

any input is appreciated! thanks guys

I have always heard that the regulated returns keeps pressure more constnant and smoother idle and throttle responce
