i have a e99 with stock turbo and stock injectors as far as i know, i have a stage 1 intake and a power hungry performance chip that adds up to 120 rwhp no cat or muff, new trans and i was wondering about how much hp im pushing now and whats the most i could push with stock turbo, ive heard u guys say 300 max with stock turbo and injectors but say 210 stock plus 120 chip is 330, so whats the deal??

My guess is you might be right around 300 rwhp... Early 99 has smaller injectors than the later year superduties.

Agreed... About 300 or so... Might make 310, but it depends on the dyno...

You can't add the HP on the valve covers to the HP setting on the chip and the intake and such...

Stock Superduty 7.3 puts out about 220hp to the rear wheels, most HP a chip will add with stock injectors is 80-100hp...

I agree about 290hp - 300hp. Last time I saw a set up just like that dyno it was 292hp 602tq.

Its not really stupid if you think about how much power your drivetrain uses up to put the power to the ground. And the rating from ford or any manufacturer is rated at the crank not the tires

OP, What's the E99 rated for at the crank? 235?

235 + 120 = 355 x .15 = 302 That's assuming a 15% drivetrain loss...
