will it matter which comes first or is there one that has to be done before the other? i've heard both ways, and both kind of make sense

Good question, I'd ask a pro but I'd say balance then cryo.

thats what i was thinkin, when i get ready to do it i'm goin to ask Wide Open Performance, seems how they'll be doing both anyways

i dont think you need the cryo. but take the rods out and polish them and have them shot peen'd. hell i have a set of forge rods forsale if you need a set?

i have forged rods in my new long block, i know i don't NEED it done per say, but i just want some safe insurance for it
