Default Tranny

on my 01 7.3 4x4 ive added close to 200 extra hp with the chip, intake and other stuff. i have a heavy duty tranny from ford that is still under warranty. will it need upgrading or should i not worry about it for awhile?

What kind of other stuff did you do to add 200hp? did you dyno to verify your claim? if it is a LEGIT 200hp, yes u will need to upgrade it.

What kind of chip and what other mods?

hell if that trans is under warranty just run it till the warranty is up and in the mean time stash some money away for a suncoast or BTS transmission

dynoed rear wheel hp add was 188 at its peak

What were your dyno numbers? What mods do you have done to your truck?
