best chip for 2000 stroke

so whats the best chip for a 2000 powerstroke i am a cummins guy but my brother just got a stroke and wants to chip it so whats the best way to go for him

Any custom tuners that use a TS 6 Position chip will get r dun. Tony Wildman, Gearhead, Beans, Swamps... They can all get you a custom tuned chip.

My vote goes to PHP these guys are the ones who started the tuning of a powerstroke and are just simply the best they are also a sponsor
