best chip for 2000 stroke

so whats the best chip for a 2000 powerstroke i am a cummins guy but my brother just got a stroke and wants to chip it so whats the best way to go for him

Any custom tuners that use a TS 6 Position chip will get r dun. Tony Wildman, Gearhead, Beans, Swamps... They can all get you a custom tuned chip.

i have PHP and love every bit of their tuning, they are conservitive enough to not scatter the motor but give it enough to make it straight **** n' git...
