You could also get a DPTuner F6 from Jody at DPTuner, he can email any tunes to you and you can install them without removing your chip.
YEP YEP and soon he can even live tune your truck though the internet. But with his new F-6 chip you plug a mini usb cable into it and your laptop and you can upload the new tunes.

Survey Results
Yes it is very interesting If the survey had real numbers but OK If you take the number of chips each company sold and you take the number of failures and divide them by the chips sold youll find DP DOES NOT have the highest amount of failures based on chips sold Matt does with 0.0012% to Jody 0.0005%.

Again if this was a vaild survery as the person in charge of the survery themselves has admited the numbers are wrong cause for example TS selling 800,000 chip would make them multi mutli millions ffrom the chips alone.

TS Performance (Dennis) - ~600,000 (Dennis was unable to determine the number of programmed chips sold since 2003, so this includes blank chips as well)
Bill - ~164,000 (includes Superchips, Diesel Power, Edge, and PHP; since we do not own Superchips or Edge, we are not at liberty to disclose exact sales figures for either company)
DP-Tuner (Jody) - ~60,000
Diesel Innovations (David)- ~12,000
Total Diesel Performance (Tony) - ~6,000
Swamp's Diesel (Jonathan) - ~6,000
Bean's Diesel (Jonathan) - ~800
Gearhead (Matt)- ~780
Innovative Diesel - ?
Bully Dog - ?

Yes he broke one... With HUGE shots of nitrous and standard B codes...

There are many out there putting out the same if not more HP with no issues...

LOL... The TS data is what it is... Dennis makes the chips everyone else burns there tunes on. About 3 years ago you could buy TS blanks for about 125 bucks, I know, I have about 6 of them (maybe more but I cant find them all and have given some away over the years)...

Your really going to tell me 60% of the blown motors (of people who filled out the servey, and we all know several that did not to protect there "tuner") out there come from one particular tuner and your going to argue this how?

Come on... Open your eyes and look at the facts. More trucks making more HP out there every day... NOT blowning... NOT running DP tuning.

A very screwed up survey at that even Dennis who attempted to make a survery said its dumb to attempt cause 1 person can fill it out 100 times to scew the data. Not to mention some of the tuners lied about the numbers and that was admited by the person that ran the survey.

Why would you not trust it? or at least take into consideration what the data shows?

The DR part from another site fits great here...

I have had 4 major back surgerys... First one when I was 17. That DR was young and trigger happy to do surgery when every other DR we talked to said go with PT for a while. I was not in control at that time so mom said "cut him up!"...

Now for the last 14 years other DR's have been fixing what that first one should not have done.

If you can pick a better DR why would you not?

Dennis's survey was that way... The one posted above was not Dennis's and had some checks and ballances in it.

Correct, did you ask him who lied about it??? The answer might suprize you, might not. But the fact remains that a survey is only as good as the people filling it out. How may people did not fill it out because they thought they new better...
