For you being in Norway I would recommend a chip where you can get the tunes emailed to you and update the chip yourself. You have to ship alot farther than us!

You have a 2002 so PMR rods... Keep the HP sane and your fine, start playing and your going to be walking...

Hybrid injectors 230-30% from Swamps
Turbo 38r with a 1.15 exhaust housing
Tuning from PHP or likes...

You would be in it about 4k, and need to think tranny as well... about 3-4k as well. Might throw head studs in there, but they are not nessasary with boost levels below 40psi.

Hope that helps
Your right at 320hp with that set up... NO where near 400hp. You will not make more then 320-330 without injectors on a 7.3...

Due to where you are, I would say PHP, only because if you buy there upper end software if you ever need something changed they can e-mail you the tunes to put on your chip.

I know shipping can be a pain, and this would save you time and money in the long run...

7.3 cranks are only good till 500hp, maybe a little less if you beat on it.

Go much over that limit and you'll get free inspection holes in your block.

I would say you are somewhere between 280-320hp. Like Joe said nowhere near 400. unless u have more parts u havent listed here. 320 is a high "estimate" usually with a chip u are closer to 300 give or take a few hp.

You could also get a DPTuner F6 from Jody at DPTuner, he can email any tunes to you and you can install them without removing your chip.
