Default 5" downpipe

getting ready to make my own 5" turbo back duals, well i dont know what to do about the down pipe, and i will not buy a different one, anyone have any ideas?

no turbo that fits your 7.3 has a big enough exhaust side that is close to 5 inches. try 3 or 3.5 inches

You will not get nor need anything bigger then a 4" down pipe. There is just no reason for it.

The outlet on a stock turbo is 3.25" and even a H2e or a S400 have a 3.75 outlet... save yourself the headache...

what i was thinking was cutting the end of the dp that goes to the turbo and tapper to the 5" all i have is 5"

You can cut it under the truck where it runs past the tranny...
