Put a bag over the air filter.

If that's not enough, dump a couple gallons of diesel into the bed then throw in a lit road flare--that should be pretty smoky.

Block off part of you intake tube.......that will make it smoke. Might not be the best the best thing cuz your EGT's will get hott fast.
