Hello all, new to the site. Having a laundry list of issues with this thing. Suppose a little history is necessary. Its an 01 with just shy of 200k. In my two years of owning it, it has required little stuff. I replaced all the o rings, then ended up replacing 4 injectors with remans due to them just being sticky in the winter, filters and oil always changed on time. So heres my troubles, its refusing to start, I can start it on diesel kleen straight in the fuel bowl and on occasion it will stay running after it has emptied the bowl of the diesel kleen. Sometimes it will come to a clunking stop. Now when it does stay running, I can manage to keep it moving. but will smoke like a freight train, white at sometimes or black for as long as I stay in the pedal. Has absolutely no power, the turbo is building boost according to my gauges. I will get the horrid sound of injectors knocking like they are out of fuel. I hooked it up to a scanner and at one point got open high to low on all injectors along with both banks. So I checked both and found a short in one and ordered a new harness for that, and picked up a known good idm. Have tried running it with the idm, still has the same problems. Have ohmed all the injector harness from the idm and they all come back with in range numbers. Im just running out of ideas with this thing. I have put diesel kleen in the tank and even pulled the pick up out of the tank to clean it, which was actually fairly clean even inside the mixing tubes. If anyone can give me any sort of direction to head at this point I would appreciate it, summers coming up and all my toys need rides to where I want to go. Thank you in advance!
