You will have to send them to someone eventually so do yourself a favor and have them built right

I only paid 150 for all 8 injectors and I wanted to see if I could rebuild them anybody can do just about anything if they put there mind to it .so if even if I do mess up one 1 or even all the injectors this will be something that I can same I have done and about sending them off to get rebuild I guess u say I just don't have that cash flow .the only thing i know is I've looked everywhere for specs on those injectors and i can't find any and all i need to know is how much torque does the upper and the lower body need for the o-ring to seal it and so i don't break anymore nozzles.

Couldn't tell you. No one but shops build their own injectors. So your on your own to find that info. I know from my experience I will never try to build my own and I will always send them to a trusted shop to have injectors built. But even if you find the info you will have to send them to someone to be flow tested.

no one should ever try rebuild them yourself unless you like a pickup that doesn't run correctly and have money for new injectors and or an engine.

I don't see what would be the issue.

From study the 7.3l injectors are not complex, I've built far more complicated items for my work.
