Okay all, I want to make more power (doesnt everybody)

So heres what I've got:

1999 Ford F350 SRW 6 Speed Manual
2001 7.3l motor WITH FORGED RODS!!!
Previous owner put some sort of banks kit on it, 4' pipe, intercooler not sure what else
Custom 8 position chip that I can send back and have re-programmed
Re-manned transmission and 400hp clutch
Re-geared 4.56's

What I want to do:

238/100 hybrid injectors
Turbo
Arp head studs

So thats the extent of what I want to upgrade, beyond that I'll probly put my money into brakes and other things.

So I guess what Im asking is, what turbo should I get to best utilize what I want to upgrade. Any thoughts on compound turbos? Since I seem to get a bigger tire size every 2 months (Im at 39's now, but I think I'll be sticking with these) the turbo lag is becoming insane.

I want less turbo lag. Turbo doesn't hit until 2000 rpm. A lot of the turbos I looked at said they make a huge difference for manual trucks.

Also, I would still hope to be in the teens of MPG. I think I get 14~ right now

 

Compounds is not needed for 238s. I would go with something like the S366
