Default 7.3 Smoke

I have a 2002 F550 with bad smoke problem. It has almost new injectors, turbo and FICM. The RPM's wont go over 2000 and it act like the engine is back firing. What do you think is wrong?

First off the 7.3 doesn't have a FICM.

Do you have a scan tool or know anyone with one.

I'm sorry. Been working on too many 6.0. I do have a scan tool. Contribution test and buzz test show nothing. The engine runs great at idle.

This engine is stock. The ICP duty cycle is around 35percent if I remember right. It seems normal to me. We have 70 psi fuel pressure and it never drops below 65.

Yes. I actually removed both from another good running truck and install on this one. No change.
