Default Installed T-500 HPOP .. Leak?

I installed the T-500 HPOP on brothers truck, It has a small leak. I checked the front plate on the HPOP (plate with two bolts, like a cover type deal) Not leaking there, all lines and hoses are tight ... Any idea were the leak is coming from. Figured if any of you have installed one and had a leak could help out.. Thanks guys appreciate it.

Also, I think its just air in the fuel system still but, when he cranks it ... it takes a lot longer than it used too. So basically its hard starting. Any more ideas? Sorry guys, thanks.

Try giving joey a call, see if he can help. When we put a t500 on my buddies truck, no leaks. Did you make sure to put some gasket maker when you put the res back on? Have the hard starts subsided? If not , could be an ipr issue...

You will have hard starts or extended crank times for about 100-150 miles until all the air is out of the HPO system. This will happen any time you crack open the system.

Some have had extended cranks on the T-500's for ever. I know mine did until something on in the pump was changed.

Well ... Starting has become normal and fine. The leak was residual fuel oil mix that was left until the valley, when we parked it on the hill it all oozed out.
