Default T-500 HPOP

So im new here but have a 96 Cummins. Im putting in a new T-500 HPOP in my brothers 7.3L. Wondering if this will have a significant butt dyno?

He has a BHAF (What Cummins guys call it) 6 Position tunner and exhaust with down pipe. Wondering if he will be able to feel more power? If ths increases longevity of stock injectors? Are bigger oil rails a possible upgrade or no such thing?

Truck has 285,XXX on stock injectors ... thanks guys.

He will need his chip custom tuned to really feel a huge difference with the t500. But either way he will fill a difference. Maybe 10hp at most, but better mileage better idle. Would really benefit with some new injectors. What are his goals?

Ok ill let him know. His chip is a TS, would a different one be better or just reburned? Ill also tell him better mileage, 10 hp and idle are in store. He plans on buying baby swamps soon here. His plans are to hit around 4-500. Some point a d66 .. I think? Is that a common tubro for 7.3s? What should he do next or how far till internal rebuild? Do they make bigger oil rails? Sorry for so many questions.. just wanna learn about other diesels.

Ts is good just reburn by Cale at tyrant ive heard is good soon as I put on my t500 and injectors I'll be getting my tunes from him. If he wants 4-500 HP I'd say get hybrid injectors 238/100's or 250/100's.
A Garrett 38r ball baring. Or a h2e. Oil rails I don't think they do. No rebuild for 500 unless it has pmr's. What year is the truck?
