Default Powerstroke newb

Just upgraded to a 95 powerstroke from a 6.9. Its an auto with 20,000 miles on rebuild like the trans but like driving a manual diesel way more. Did a conversion on my buddies dodge was pretty easy but not sure with the ford any advise would be great thanks. Ps thinking about zf6

Might get 1000 bucks for it...

As far as the 5speed swap, It would be easiest to have a donor truck sitting next to yours when you do it...

I see your from Washington, where about? Welcome to DB by the way.
