Default My Boss

My boss has a 94PSD and he just recently bombed it

But recently hes been asking me about his problems about his programmers and it doesn't seem to be working the way it should. Right now he has a CAI, Banks exhaust, and a chip and a programmer. The thing is, that his his chip works fine, its just his programmer wont install on his truck. Hes been trying to calibrate for bigger tires for it but he hasn't had any luck with that, and i rarely ever see him with his truck so i can play around with the programmer at all. Im thinking that it is the chip he has on there that could be screwing with the programmer and wont let it do it business. Im guessing that maybe programmer goes first then chip second for the stack to work.

FYI: the programmer is a SuperChips.

Anyone have a clue what i can tell my boss. ill try and see if i can get him to join up on the site.

I dont think you can stack a chip with a programer on those trucks. My husband cant on his 97 psd.

You should be able to stack them. Is it just not loading or is it not even turning on at all? If its not turning on at all, check the fuse for the Cigar lighter. The OBDII connector is on the same circuit. I had a truck with the same issue, and it kept blowing fuses. Turned out there was a penny at the bottom of the lighter socket grounding out the circuit.

he bought it used from another guy, if you have the Diesel world issue from last month where they upgrade on the old 7.3 with an intake exhaust and super chips programmer, he said he had the exact same one they used. I think he said that it wasn't loading at all because he tried to calibrate for his tires but he could not get it to work, he couldnt stack the either.

my husband tried to stack a superchip (chip) and a edge evolution and it wouldnt load. You cant stack a chip and programer on a 94 PSD. I think all you can stack on those is 2 edge products like a evolution and a ez.

but the edge evolution is also a programmer.

My boss (john) has a chip, which i think he is referring to a module, and now hes trying to stack a programmer on top of it the superchips programmer
