Default Exhasut help

Okay guys, I bought another powerstroke, its a 97 ext cab. I am wanting to put exhaust on it, and I cant decide between 5in straigh pipe or a dual 4in exhaust. my question is, have any of you put 5in exhaust on your obs trucks? or the 4in duals? and how hard was it. I know about putting in the 3in downpipes, but not much about the rest of the system, I dont know if its hard to fit the larger pipes. thanks

Never dealt with 5" but i can only imagine its about the same as putting a 4" single on. I put superduty duals on my obs and it wasn't too bad.

Hey, I'm looking to put an aftermarket exhaust on my 96 PSD. It's all stock right now so I'm looking at a new down pipe and thinking of 4" straight. Anyone know of a good place to buy what I'm looking for without breaking the bank??

its on the truck now minus the tailpipe section, gonna have the shop weld it on. the pipe headin towards to axel is a bit too long and I'm too lazy to take it back off. just gonna have them cut it and weld it. the truck sounds killer though, and I am getting a lot more boost over the stock setup
