upgrading 1995 powerstroke injectors to 1999 injectors
I have to put new injectors in my 1995 Powerstroke and would like to them to the 1999 injectors. i want to know if i can. and if i can do i have to buy a new computer to do so. I hear that the 1999 and newer 7.3's are better i also hear that the block is the same the only difference is the injectors and the computer. any ideas?

FordDZL is right. your 95 has the single shot compared to the split shot. stage 1 injectors or hybrids are the way to go. i have buddies who just get stage 1-3 nozzles and have the stock injectors cleaned and put the new nozzles in. also you have different injectors youll have to look for with getting them out of a SD, early 99 had a 120cc injector and 1999 1/2 and later had 140cc. both were split shot too. its best off to just get new injectors

these guys are on track about the benefits of a single shot but if you decide to go with splits you will end up with a softer/lazier idle and it can be tuned for it
IMO go with 160cc singles, they will make the truck quite impressive and still get better economy than the split shots (be aware that they can achieve high EGTs)

I have a 1999 f250 with stage 3 hybrids 250cc wtih a gt 45 turbo but right now im haveing so egt problems?? It has a custom tuned dp tuner and on stage 1 through 5 the egts go into the red before a 8th mile pass is up. im not sure if the gage is not working right cause the boost and tranny temp gages flutter a bit but its scary non the less. any thoughts??

Well with the gt45 i have factory ic boots and i was haveing a problem with the intake side tube blowing off. what would you recomend for boots and clamps? and as far as lighting i have stage 3 250cc hybrids with i beleive 100% nozzles..... i beleive so i dont think lighting is the problem but you have a very good point with the leak.
