Default downloader, ?

This is a question my cousin asked me. He has a 1995, 5 spd. He has a southbend clutch, i think he has bd injectors not sure of the horse power, i think a bd injection pump, and he is using the edge evalution as is programmer. Im not a powerstroke guy so i dont know much about them. But is there a different programmer that is better, and what would his next mod be to get more power. He does have and exhaust and intake too. If i could get any suggestions that would be nice.

Does that TS work on a 94-98 7.3. I havent done much research for him, but all i found that for was the newer 7.3s. But i am sure i am wrong. Can you give me website that has that for sale.

if he has bigger sticks he might want to get a custom chip from DP, Beans, Swamps, or Total Diesel Performance. A regular TS chip will work but a custom chip would be the best
