This gets you teh same thing, it pretty much is a Gillet 60mm upgrade, I got my turbo free. You can get H1E's real cheap too... cheaper then teh upgrades if you look around.

Do you have the specs on the flange? I need to have one made as well as I have a bigger housing sitting on the floor of my truck waiting to get pulled in but since it's my daily driver I can't really take the crossover off to take measurements and such. Namely, I need the distance between the centers of the bolt holes, bolt size, and the width of the plate.

Very nice, I had my mind on a project like this too, just with a HE351 VNT compressor. Have yet to see if it would work though.

Does anyone know how this works out on an intercooled truck. I have a cast aluminum elbow that comes off the compressor housing and goes to the intercooler. Would that peice be able to be reused or would I need a new 90 degree elbow.

You could just use a silicone 90*.

I know I could but I was just wondering if anyone knew if the origional setup would work. Also will the down pipe bolt up or does it need modified?

I guess I am not sure how the cast elbow works, if its part of the original turbo or what.

As for the downpipe, assuming its the right diameter (pretty sure 4"), it would work just the same.
