Moose and dps stuff.

Moose and dps stuff.
I kNow that this is for a very small group of people on here and I hope they tell me what I need to know. So why do people bitch about the spray pattern of dps injectors? With prechambers it shouldn't really matter because by the time fuel gets to the piston it's atomized, heated up and ready to explode. idi injectors in general have a crapy pattern due to the fact that they pass through the prechambers and turbulence takes care of everything ( to a point) an other thing is I know that the condition of your pump and injector governs the cost of moose to mod them but with a disclaimer like that in my mind that means thousands for moose pump and injectors. I want to know how much people have personally paid for thief moose stuff. Plus I've seen vids of DPS stuff on idis and it looks pretty impressive for the money. Plans for my truck are lower compression meth and parallel turbos with supporting and strengthening mods. But I want to know that I've got components that are going to last as this is a tow rig and daily driver.

That's good to know. Those are names is have heard a lot in reference to performance idis. I'm not a fan of breaking **** or having it not last. Pumps and injectors built by these dudes will last as long as oem parts? 100k? Longer? Of course that's subject to abuse but pulling and keeping heat down and dd is what I do. No racing and no tractor pulls.

You have no idea how happy I am to hear that. I know these trucks aren't exactly performance vehicles, but it'd be nice to at least match the performance to the sound of the truck. Much thanks.

I'm running a set of the DPS injectors right now. One of them was a leaker when new, but the brand new BB codes I replaced also had several leakers right out of the box. The DPS units definitely make more power than the stockers, but the down side is they make my truck idle rough and it smokes a lot more on cold starts.
