if you dont care about losing your exhaust brake the silver bullet is the way to go. its easier on the head gasket.

Andy,

You guys have the best price on the steering braces- hands down! I found your site during a Google search and thought $120 shipped was a misprint.

Not looking to follow the herd on this one; I'll be pushing the limits of what's currently offered with VGT technology and getting a bigger one (64/64/70).

This spring I was looking at trading up to an ST dually with the manual and was talking with them about building a Gorilla. I also wanted all the bells and whistles (coolers, girdle, weighted shifter, etc...) Decided to just keep what I had and roll with it. Too bad they don't make a Gorilla 68.

My wish list includes their HP intake and billet intake block mount, turbo porting and coating, complete head work and their manifold studs. Unfortunatly, those mods alone are about $13k.

I really do need it, and could go aftermarket, but for a couple of things; cost's the same as a modded VGT with HP manifold, my labor to install, and understand the stock EB works better than anything currently out there. Also, Pac is supposed to be releasing an in-head EB to complement the stocker; they're claiming nearly 400 lbft of breaking force with this setup. Not sure if any or all is propoganda but sounds too good to not give it a run. I'm also invensting in a set of 625's, so no issues with gasket failure after.

Besides, I like improving what the factory provided rather than starting over; don't know how big my power numbers will be but will be real happy to push 600, until the head work is complete. I'd like to be the first into 4 digits with a VGT compound setup (not knowing if it's already happened). Then I'm also into rods (maybe pistons); maybe I'll just keep 600 as the magic number.

Thanks, we take alot of pride in all the products we manufacture. everything is quality built to fit like a glove. these steering braces are extremely well built and powder coated for a nice durable finish. they are currently on sale for $109 shipping included...no misprint
