Have you looked into the turbosmart wg? They have some with 40psi springs available. Or was ot the heat that killed them?

No point to a wastegate on a VGT, they don't need one.

I appreciated all of your input in the thread. It was helpful and informative. Without too much input to start off, I am trying to decided on whether or not to utilize a wastegate in my pickup. After several searches and calls around, the wastegate kits from GDP and Blackops are either no longer made or I'm not looking in the right places. Your last response mentioned that you just removed the wastegate and installed a regulator to open up at a specified range. Is this something you still use or what is your current setup? I know that this was roughly 7 years ago, but hopefully I can hear back from ya.

Thanks!
