Man don't be fooled by the the guy that was goin down the freeway with cruise set and hit that MPG avg. Reset button and the number sky rocket . I've been driving my '09 with deletes an smarty jr on performance for about 6 months now. Ive seen between 15.5 and around 23 mind you I got 23 24 towards the end of a 5 mile hour trip @ about 75-80 mph where mostly was slight down hill not much to notice an no head wind.

If your talking about THAT guy, that would be me. I've had my display jump to 26. NOW, what I also said on the post below that was I can't say that would be my actual mileage, but I haven't seen it jump over 18 in town before I did the deletes. I hadn't driven a complete tank on it when that was posted. I calculated last tank was 17.34 mpg. But I'm anxious to run a full tank on the highway. I still think I'll be very surprised with the mileage

I've found the OH MPG calculation to be pretty accurate when the speedo is properly calibrated. The thing you have to remember though is, it's a cumulative real-time estimate. One time after resetting mine up at the continental divide, I saw it go near 100 before I started uphill again somewhere down near the RMNP park entrance.

Not tryin to stir the pot man just replied to this guys tread I didn't see yours. I have yet to put a full tank down on the freeway in one trip I would be curious how many miles you could pull from a tank Tho cuz with me drivin in town I have a heavy foot I think if I remember if my gauge reads around 18-19 and I fill up it says 600 miles till empty if I had the time an money I'd put it to the test haha

my mileage varies, has an H&S blackmaxx, 5 inch stainless pipes, 280/70 17's, and a K&N intake, put on earlier in the year. Pulling a load it jumps depending on the terrain, load, winter, summer, yatta, yatta, yatta, average about 16 with a heavy load in winter. Summer down about 14mpg. Just up and down the road with no load depends on trips, longer trips I get better mileage, yes 22mpg which is about double before the mods. If I have to drive the short runs around town during the week the mileage suffers down to about 15-16mpg. If I put the bigger tires on mileage suffers, but WRGAS when you are barking over 500hp and able to engulf a Prius in a cloud of smoke that leaves residue at the carwash for them!!!

and PS I had to work with H&S thru about 5 downloads and reprogramming with my 08 quad cab 4x4 until mileage got anywhere above 12. finally with the last update things leveled out and it doesn't run like a bad cammed camaro on regular gas left in the tank for two years.

Okay. Well I guess that's what I get for assuming. When I posted that I just knew I would get some comments, so I assumed someone would degrade it in one way shape or form. No worries. But like I said, I got 17 with barely hitting the freeway; and if anyone's got a lead foot, it's me So I can't wait to see what it'll do babying it all the way to east Texas this summer. I'm willing to bet somewhere in the 20s, but I may be wrong. I got 17 last summer heading to Texas before the deletes. That was calculated. And I got 14 babying it in town. If I don't see a drastic increase on the highway I'm gonna be royally pissed

Yeah man I'm more then happy with what I see so far with mine since deletes I drive close 90 miles a day for work there an back throw a couple small towns no freeway an lately I've been doin about 60 to 65 to see how much I can get that average to climb and today I hit 18.9 that's with passing big rigs and slower cars on the road. I work in the oilfields out here in bakersfield and with on a few ways the get there traffic tends to get bunched up
