Default Aftermarket advice

Ok guys! I have a 2011 3500 6.7 with manual tranny.
I'm asking for ya'll to chime in on what your best programmer and exhaust package would be. And or any other little tweaks I can do to get me some mileage outta this thing. I do a good bit of unloaded driving in this truck and mileage is crap unless you compare it to when I am pulling the pump rig around at 8-9 mpg. Then 12-13 is wonderful!!! Even if I could just get to what my 07 2500 6.7 is at 15-16 loaded and 21+ unloaded I would be happy. The more the better tho. Pump rig loaded with water is close 20k just trailer so any help I can get in mileage is awesome power is good too but, honestly she pulls just fine. Thanks guy I appreciate the info. Of course I will keep a full progress report on what I do with ya'lls info to her and how she acts loaded and unloaded. I'd like to do as much as possible as fast as possible so pricing unfortunately is a factor. I know there is some good stuff out there just not sure where and what to look at. Thanks again!

Thanks for the info so far. I'll try and make a decision soon and do something with it.

I can only speak for the H&S, when you tune your truck with it you feel a night and day difference in it just on the stock setting.

Do the deletes, then get H&S Black Max (mini max or xtr), 5" TBE, and cold air intake...you'll be one happy camper.
And by the way, H&S Performance customer service is the best!

i have the same truck as you, i have the mini max with a 5" exhaust with deletes. i installed the tuner and deleted the tourque management its amazing, but the stock clutch slips on no power so plan on a clutch. the manuals are detuned so you cant roast the clutch. but my milage has gone up thats my experience.
