what i saw on mine was 24 boost was 1-1 after that the drive pressure was walking away from boost big time. i started limiting my boost at 32 lb. turbo upgrade helps this big time. i still have the vgt because i like the e brake but i stay at 32 and under.

didnt think itd be that far away from 1:1 ratio

just thinking out loud, what abt a external wastegate using the egr port on the manifold and dumping into the dp? Cheaper than a turbo if thats outa the question and want some peace of mind?
The acronyms are killing me. What can I do to lower my drive pressure short of a new 66 turbo? English please..............

Aftermarket? What brand? Cummins gaskets are the only way to go

Lazarsmith builds a gasket for the cummins motors. wether we like it or not the head on 6.7 especailly lifts a little when the cylinder pressures are high. The mls gasket requires the block and head to be very flat in order to seal keep in mind under high cylinder pressure it will lift even with studs. This gasket can take the punishment better than the stock MLS
