Default XRT Pro Q&A

Has anyone used the xrt pro feature advertised on H&S website turn off EGR system without removing any parts and if so how well does it work I have an 08 work truck that I would like to tune but dont want to put a lot of money in it. I'm guessing the DPFs will still clog

If you run the XRT Pro you must remove the DPF.

It would disable the EGR but it still needs to be deleted.

Default 09 3500

My friends truck is an 09 3500 He was previously running a bullydog and just switched to an h&S XRTPRO. We were wandering if he could stack the bullydog on stock tune just for the guages. I know he should of got a mini or black maxx but he ordered it before talking to me. If any one has info it would be gretaly appreciated. If it can be done how do you do it what order do you install the tuners

This is not true, there are tunes with all emissions intacked on the XRT Pro. The increases are lower then with deletes. I ran them prior to deletes (for about 2 days) Then did the deletes, reprogrammed, then you will see the mpg increase.

we only want to stack so we can use the guages that came on the bully dog we are planning to leave the bully dog on stock I think it should work but am not sure on how you go about installing 2 tuners which one should go in first
