Default Smarty Trace

I am looking at getting a Smarty for my 07.5 Dodge 2500. I liked smarty on my old dodge. I have read that the Smarty S-67ME is traceable. I was wondering it just the plain jane S-67 is untraceable. Can anyone help?
I already have my truck straight piped with the DPF-R kit that cost me 400 and its working just really wanting a tuner to get better fuel milage.

what do you mean by traceable? if you're saying like by the gov't then i have no idea, but by the dealer, you're screwed already, but they can pretty much figure anything out when they plug in their scanners and check for whatever they check for

it wouldn't matter if you're running a boost fooler or a smarty without ME or a superchip, they're going to be able to tell

so between the smarty s-67 and the HS XRT pro which one would make the dealership work harder to find it.

Either one will be found. The dealer can look back and see that you have went X amount of miles without a regen. We sale both and customers have had great luck with both so it really depends on which product you like.

I'd say H&S for the 6.7, more tuning options at this point in time, smarty dominates the 5.9cr world, but i think H&S is the better tuner at this point for the 6.7

There biggest thing on the 5.9 saying why it was untraceable was because it stored the key counts when flashing instead of erasing the key counts and starting over like most programmers do, but nothing is untraceable, to the dealer tech maybe, but if the ecm is actually sent into chysler, then if they look it can be found, but I have never really heard of them doing that. There are set parameters for everything in the ecm, and they can look in the ecm and see if they have gone over there limit, and that will tell them something had been added on or changed. I dont think they can see this stuff with a star scan though. But for a mainly stock truck, to moderate mods, I would run h&s the seem to run better and out out more power, but in the higher hp applications, like 600+hp the smarty seems to run a little better because it has more adjustability with its tuning, but you can also have h&s write you custom tune, when you get higher hp, myself and alot of others will probably be swapping to efi live when its released.

The dealer can see when your truck last went into regen. So if it says 30k miles there going to know something is up.
