Default Upgrading

I want to do some mods to my tranny without buying a fully built one..Any help on what i can do to the stock one to help it out

I was told that there is only rebuild kits out there. You're just better off running your current transmission until you burn out your clutches, then get a transmission rebuild kit with the heavy duty clutches and what not.

Another thing you can do is get H&S Overdrive or a B&G tune. Both are transmission programs and act kind of like installing a different valve body by changing shift points, TC lock up, line pressures, ect. I have not seen a post on any of the forums of guys disliking the performance of either tune.

i have the HS Overdrive, i haven t run it over the mild tune yet, but the shift point and lock-up is a great improvement over stock, worth the money in my opinion

Get the trans tuning from H&S the trans wont feel the same
