Default butterfly valve

so im loking at the Black Ops Air Intake Horn to get rid of my butterfly valve. is it worth it? any benifits? or just leave it how it is...

I don't know about the black opps. You don't realy gain anything by eliminating the throttle valve but on others you gain a much easier path into the cylinder head. Most aftermarket intakes have a more open bend instead of being so flat like the stock one.
