Default bunch of codes

I have about 1000 miles on a Flo Pro 5" TBE DPF delete (no muffler), SIMS, EGR and EGR cooler delete, and S&B cold air intake. Have had wonderful results with mpg increasing to 20+ on the highway. Idle sounds great, no smoke, have pulled some heavy loads with lots of power, and really like everything.

The deciding factor for me to do these things was a turbo code (p2262) and going into regen all the time. When the above modifications were made, I removed the turbo and cleaned it really well. It was really sooted up, especially the turbine fan. So everything has seemed great so far.

I don't have or want a programmer, and understand that I will have to live with a check engine light, which has been on ever since the mods and doesn't bother me too much.

However, this morning I got a beep on the overhead and the warning 'service required - see dealer'. Went to autozone and their employee downloaded the following 18 codes:

p0546
p2080
p2033
p2084
p242d
p242b
p2453
p244d
p200c
p200e
u010c
p2228
p1193
p0102
p1451
p1484
p2262
p0405

This causes some concern (especially the 2262) and I would like some feedback from anybody who can help. Let me reiterate that the truck runs great. The temperature stays at or below 200, oil pressure is 50-60, and acceleration, power, and sound are all above my expectations. But 18 codes?

I have no idea what 'flash' I have or any of that, but don't want to do any damage to the engine out of negligence or ignorance. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Having to listen to two loud beeps every 10 minutes is annoying as heck. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Charles
