Default The Agony of Defeat

Well, i found out this afternoon that i am not as mechanically inclined as i might have thought i was. i finally got time this afternoon to install the H&S EGR/Cooler delete kit, needless to say it kicked my A$$! i made it to step 10 by the directions and things went down hill, the 15 mm nut that hold the housing on the front of the manifold can not be gotten to by any tool i own, nor can the very back one by the firewall! so as it started to get dark and feeling defeated, i put everything back on and slammed the hood, so i suppose i am going to have to find a shop to put it on for me because i can not stand to go through that BS again. if anyone has any reccomendations i would love to hear them.

The cost of the fuel it takes you to drive up here to the lake will be a lot less than paying some shop to do it. Let us know and Lucus and I can help you out.
Maybe we'll get real lucky and Forced Induction will come down here from atop his high horse and show us all how it's done..

that is kinda hard getting to the bolts on the egr cooler delete. i was tempted to take a cut off wheel to it. the cast frame that holds the cooler is a bear too.
