I ended up as the lucky guy who bought the last 08 on the lot that had a clearance light delete option..so I just purchased the Recon Amber kit with harness.

Any tips, or "does and dont's" I should know before my roof leaks or the hole is too big....?

I heard the directions are pretty spot on...
