Going good so far. Finally cranked it all the way up SW9 99%and spun the tires a little. Been running SW9 at 80% great low throttle and plenty of power at higher throttle. Got to get on a dyno soon.

Mads Electronics - Smarty - CaTCHER - Dodge Tuning - Home Send them a message and ask. Might be good if you had your truck dynoed so you know where your starting at. I did get on the dyno Sat. John at Floor It Diesel was nice enough to open the shop for me Sat. Started at 1pm and ended after 6pm.
Stock with my deletes hp/tq 286/547, SW#3 388/816, SW#5 405/812, SW#7 433/825, SW#9 447/862, SW#9 revo, timeing 4, rail pressure 2, VGturbo 3, hp/tq 459/872. Tried the mp8 with it on SW#9 and it didn't help at all.
EGT's 1,400deg. Don't have a boost gauge yet. Now black smoke just a haze at higher hp settings.

i wish i could. but my truck has a 12'x8' box. the truck is 10'6" high. so far no one with a dyno has had the hight to fit my truck on it. i've been running 2k a week and the best i have done is 14.5 mpg . i have been finding that all fuel is not the same. the worst of them has been from flyn J . the best has been from loves with the B5 . i had 2k on the the truck running in 4wheel drive. 30 mph head wind in a nasty snow storm and still got 10.5mph. got to love those white outs. i ran about 1500 loaded miles in 5 days. to much down time inbetween loads. but still not bad at $1.35per mile

Last tank with 20+ dyno runs, 1/2 hwy, town was 13.7mpg overhead said 13.7 also
Both places I've dynoed would work with your truck. Used to hotshot too that's part of the reason I've had 9 of these trucks so far. This last tank has been lots of short trips and with the temp in the 10-20deg morning temp mpg seems to be down some. The overhead mileage really drops when the truck is cold. I've been running on SW#1 also which might make a differance. Truck sounds good has good low end and decent top some timeing rattle around 2k.

looks like i need to step up to a 4500-5500. my box was built to heavy duty. between the ranch hand the 12k hitch and the box my truck is 10k empty. it only lets me carry 2500lbs. i need to be in the 4000 to 5000 range. i just found a place that makes the back seat area into a dot legal sleeper. so simple and no one ever thought of it till now. its small box's that go in place of your rear side windows and a bed platform at window height . you only need 3.5-4" on each side in the with of our cabs to make the DOT length of 75" . i e-mailed then to see how much they coast. the nice thing is you don't have to mod your truck at all. just take out the rear seat and it bolts in its place. the windows stay down in the door and the doors still work so you can store stuff under the bed. i'll see if they have a link to their sight. it will save me big on hotels. or spending the cash to put a sleeper in or on my truck
