Can anyone tell about an MP 8. Also if I use it will the dealer know that I have it or have used it.

Was just doing some research on them I dont have any experiance with dealers checking on them but the do claim to be undetectable, im sure your looking for actuall info on MPG's (the clame 2-4) and power (in cab adjustable up to 100 hp) so ill let some others chime in.

 

I havent heard of a program that the dealer cant detect for the 6.7 there was a few for the 5.9. But so far as I know they will know if you do just about anything to your truck, it all depends if your dealer is mod friendly or not.

 

The dealer won't be able to detect the MP-8 by checking the ECM, as it piggy backs on your fuel rail pressure sensor and makes no modification to your computer. If they want to tear into an engine far enough, they can figure out if something has been done. Overall the MP-8 is a pretty safe mod. Just take it off if you have to go to the dealer for service and there shouldn't be any problem.
