Thumbs down Tired of BADP

Bought a "code free" delete kit from Bay area diesel performance about a year ago. Truck blows occasional white smoke when EGTs are low, and trips about every DPF code it can.
Doesnt effect the performance, but white smoke sure can be embarrasing The customer service there is terrible... Soo is there any way I can install some sims or something that will solve the problems?

Its a very common problem with there kit. With far less than adequate customer support skills....(wait , i dont think they have any).. it's a real pain just to find someone over there to even talk to!

Hmm... Maybe ill bulletproof my truck a little more, Then get a smarty to stack with my edge BTW they had at one point sent me an extra set of wires and a module for some reason that im not sure of... Maybe ill put it on the bomb exchange instead of returning it (yes ill tell people the downsides)

Maybe someone should make this a sticky That could impact their sales a little... What kind of smarty would go with my edge BTW?

no one came out with truely CODE FREE dpf delete kits til about 6 months ago even BADP. don't feel bad, before we started carrying dpf electronics, a customer of mine called, paid, signed the waiver and it is now 9 months, NO DPF ELECTRONICS. He had to call his credit card company, fight the charge and cancel his order.
