8 inch lift kit question

i got a buddy that wants to put an 8 inch lift in hes 2007 dodge 2500 reg cab long box but he is wondering if he will have to mess with the drive shafts to or he will be ok

Believe 4" is maximum, then you will have to mess with drive shafts.

I think we need to petition Advanced Adapters to come up with a slip yoke eliminator for our trucks. I have one on my Jeep which is lifted 6 inches and have had zero problems with the rear driveline.
