Anytime you go to a bigger tire you will get less MPG.

Smarty is in road test phase now. I have been in contact with MARCO and Stafano. They had to resolve few issues, but they are working on it.
The beauty of Smarty is, when it get out, it will kick some butts without leaving any trace on the ECM. I have been using one on my 1999 hunting truck for few years now and loving it.

This is not particularly true. I gained MPG when I put the 35's on. But as the miles went on the truck, the mileage decreased. I did not see a MPG gain at all with the DPF delete. I bought a K&N drop in filter, and it gained 3 MPG.

According to what I have seen so far, the overhead calculator does not include the regen consumption of the fuel into it's calculation. Or if it does, it sure is incorrect.
I have gained about 2 MPG after taking the damn EGR out.

I was getting 13.6 around town and 15-16 on the highway. Of course, I'm a little heavy on the right pedal. The DPF and Cat fell off and the EGR doesn't work anymore. Maybe it's the desert heat in the Middle East I started getting 15.6 city and up to 19 highway. I added a Smarty level 3 and saw 14.2 city so far.
