Default My Delete Kit

Just wanted to let everybody know that my delete kit went well. It was easy and straight forward now rolls lots of smoke. Only negative thing I can think of is the check engine light but that will go away with the pmt have over 1000 miles on it now problem free. Thanks to all who made this possible.

Did you do the EGR delete along with it? What is your new fuel mileage, hand calculated?

with your 08 you can try just unplugging the EGR valve. Most are having good luck with that route and its easy to put back together if it has odd results.

I have the H&S stage II kit sitting in my family room. A recall came out yesterday for the 6.7, so I am gonna go in and get that taken care of tomorrow morning before I tear it apart.

I want to do the EGR delete with it as I have the plates already, but I am kind of nervous about doing that. There were no instructions to do it, no hardware, nothing but the plates.
