According to Bosch Service

http://www.boschservice.com/ServiceL...r/moreInfo.htm

CP3 = Common rail high pressure pump

it is running great. he loves it and he decided to buy an edge with attitude til smarty comes out. He has been holding off on any tuning til smarty but he is getting impatient. If you have any questions when you are installin call me up. I see I am a bit late on replying to this (saturday/sunday were pretty rough with the birthday and graduation). 888-668-9877 is the number.

you will be like when you are done. it does not take too long, just be patient and take it slow. the biggest PAIN IN THE **** is putting the belt on! The key is to put it on all other pullies and do the 2nd cp3 last. roll over the motor (BY HAND!!!) and pull the belt over the pully. I though we had too small of a belt at first but called PPE and it is the correct one. Just tighter than a damn drum!

Well to each their own. But we do know all the properly tuned P Pumps are killing CR's in the MPG department.
