I have a question for ya. I have a 08 4500 wrecker. I was looking at the edge programmer, but it says it wont work on cab&chassis trucks. Also why is the hp and tq lower on a cab&chassis truck than a 2500 or 3500 pickup? Thanks Brian

If I can keep them in on the passenger side, they get to eat a lot of black smoke too. Makes those guys w the loud stereos roll up their windows when I leave the light as well.

All joking aside, it was the best thing I could have done, I tow a 23ft trailer w around 14000lbs and rarely drop below 12.5 MPG (hand calculated). And around 16.5 even doing some spaking every now and then. A 95 MPH 1/4 is impressive as hell in an 8500lb diesel
Did your kit include the electronics to disable the sensors and remove regen?

Default Foolers?

Yes it did. Again, it is the best thing i could have done to it. The biggest drawback is the 15 seconds I have to wait after turning the ignition key to the on position so that all codes are cleared before I start it. Nothing else....just that. Oh I did have to add a 6 inch tip to my exhaust to get it out far enough to stop turning my back fender black. I got my set up from Farm Boys Diesel, he gave me a package deal and even threw in a EGR delete kit.

We just picked up a line on all the DPF products. Of course there will be alot of legal mumbo jumbo that you'll have to fill out...BUT I'm thinking we'll be able to offer some better prices than the current market offers! Keep your eyes out!

We'll offer the same kit Farmboy's diesel offers as well as another brand , and still have very good pricing!

H&S has kits in 5", stay away from BADP. They'll take your money and ship whenever they want to. Everything BADP sells is stolen ideas or a copy of another product.

Flo-Pro out of Red Deer Alberta is where I ordered my kit from. 5" TBE with simulators, and it was about $1700 installed. I am still getting real shitty mileage pulling but around 16 empty. I do have TONS of power though...might be the HOT Juice LOL

Horsepower/torque numbers are lower for commercial use for longevity and its easier on the drive train than having the full power potential at hand. Because you and I know not every guy that drives a company truck treats it like his own....... Also for chips TS makes an MP-8, BullyDog makes a triple dog downloader as well. Those are the ones I know of off the top of my head. The engine programing is different between the trucks, thats why normal chips won't work. Plus I don't know if you hit the 77mph governor yet or if you knew about it at all.
Hope this helps! to the both of ya!
