Curious?? What mods/upgrades people are running
What's up everyone! Been a long time since I've been on site, work and life has kept me from the fun stuff
I am just curious about what everyone is doing to their 6.7's. Whether its just Programmer and exhaust to full blown tire melting asphalt rippers.
I have an 07 6.7 2500 mega cab that I bought new and I think its time to start adding to it for fun. Thinking about doing fuel system, turbo and some engine upgrades don't know which to do first though.
My humble parts list is:
AirRaid CA Intake (on since first week I had truck)
TSP MP-8 (also on since first week with truck)
H&S EGR/Cooler deletes
Race Me programmer
5" Turbo Back exhaust

Hey Cummins, I guess we are the only ones with any mods or upgrades. How do you like your Insight? I am debating on one now but, I really like the classic look of analog gauges though. Although I know the digital is more detailed and accurate.

AFE stage 2 cold air intake
MBRP 4" dual turbo back strait pipe
TS Performance MP8
No lift but running bigger tires BFG all terrain 285/75/17
Industrial Injection injectors are soon to come
Reset valve lash to 5.9 specs (I-.10 E-.20) to quiet it down. The larger lash on the exhaust just helps heat up a little more to help more with the EGR and DPF so it isn't needed when the deletes are present.

I just completed another round of mods on my truck after blowing a head gasket. I think my water methanol injection created a little too much head pressure. In then end I ended up installing an ATS compound setup, headstuds, 90hp injectors, 165 AirDogII, wastegate, and ATS tranny. H&S mini maxx with programming by Ryan.
Let me say. Life really begins at 60lbs of boost!
