I did the full delete EGR, cooler, and DPF... as soon as i take off with the truck with in the first half mile i get the ching and check engine and the little lightning flash

then there is this code:

now as far as unplugging sensors, I followed the directions on the H&S kit and this is what im getting.

Now i did NOT unhook the EGR actuator motor.. ( read somwhere not to leave this unhooked..)

If you did the full deletes then what is left to be plugged in? Also, maybe you loaded the tune wrong. May want to start and get up to operating temp then shut off and return to stock. Also make sure the file matches the year and make of truck. Just an idea.

What year is your truck?

ok I had the egr still plugged in. I unplugged that and lights went out. well about 10 miles down the road service light chimed on. did that every ten miles for about 40 miles. I did the CCV reset (brake 2 times and gas 2 times, turn truck on..) and everything has been quiet since. My truck is an 08

I'm confused, if you deleted t then how was it plugged in? The delete kit should have a blocking plate for intake horn and two for exhaust manifold. You remove everything that can plug in. If you installed tuner and just in plugged you are asking for trouble.

I had the EGR motor still plugged in removed from the egr valve itself and had the motor ziptied off..

I'd call up who programmed your autocal and get the real answer. All we can do is assume but the person who did the tuning will have better incite since he did it.
