Default Fuel pressure issue

Hey guys I installed a air dog 2 165 on my 2011 about a few months ago and now that it's colder out my fuel pressure gauge is reading around 21-22 at idle when I had it set at 18 does this mean I have to adjust it gain due to weather. What would you recommend setting it at. Mods are 5 inch turbo back s&b intake h&s mini maxx tuner with trans tune fully deleted. Any help would be great thanks
