Default fuel pressure at idle?

I installed my air dog 2 165 pump on my 2011 6.7 along with a fuel pressure guage. what should my fuel pressure be at idle? I have it set to 15psi at the moment. I do get a rough idle and surge while driving sometimes. my mods are a h&s mini maxx/s&b intake/5 inch turbo back exhaust/fully deleted/6 inch lift on 35's. With that being said what should i be running at idle?

I don't have an Airdog but I believe stock PSI before the CP3 is about 10 psi. I assume you are referring to fuel pressure before the high pressure pump.
Does your fuel pressure gauge show that you in in fact hitting 15 psi?
