ran a scanner on my truck and found this code P2564. There have been a few times when I leave a stop position, I attempt to accelerate and the truck bogs down (sounds like a big rig). The code deals with the turbocharger boost control, position sensor, circuit low. How do I fix this???

sounds like the VGT part of the turbo may be sticking, i've heard of a few having that problem
