Already had the turbo back with h&s programmer just put on egr delete now it had a whistle startin around 1800 rpms is this normal for the turbo not to spill until then or do I have something wrong please help everything was fine until I deleted the egr

 

Probably have an air leak somewhere. When the boost comes up it starts to leak and whistle.

 

I Checked all three block off plates but thanks buddy

 

i think he was talkin about the rubbers to the intercooler/intake/turbo
