Can any one tell me why the new 6.7 trucks are rated auto 800fb and the stick is only 610fb?

The stick also comes in the 800 my buddy just bought one I believe the 800 ft lbs is a engine option

It says 610 for stick max. What is that all about. The stick will hold more power than the auto.??
